I like this place because they always have someone available for walk-in service. I tend to be spontaneous when it comes to getting a manicure or pedicure, so I really appreciate that. I’ve visited other salons in Brandon, but this one has the best massage chairs by far. If you’re looking for a great back massage, getting a pedicure here is definitely worth it. The staff are kind, and the service is usually not very rushed which I highly appreciate. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the manicure and pedicure are of good quality.

This is the best nail salon in Brandon. Come see it for yourself! Kathy was so sweet and understanding about what had happened to me. Her staff made sure I had water and tissues because they could see that I was visibly upset. Kathy actually listened to me and actually made sure I liked them. I came here with something from another salon that I paid nearly $100 for that I was very unhappy with and the other salon told me “there’s nothing we can do”. So I came here and they fixed my nails for an insanely good price. Thank you ladies so much😭❤️❤️
I have been going to Lux Salon for a long time, and they are consistently professional and excellent. Cathy does an outstanding job with my nails and pedicures, and I also get my full body waxing done by her. I absolutely love her work, she is truly a gem.
